Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Aboriginal
Heritage Act 1979) Proclamation 2006
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Aboriginal Heritage Act 1979)
Proclamation 2006.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

to Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation
The administration of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1979 is
committed to the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation.
