Administrative Arrangements (Committal of Acts) Proclamation 2019
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Committal of Acts) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Acts committed to Minister for Human Services
The administration of the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act 2016
and the Children's Protection Law Reform (Transitional Arrangements and Related Amendments) Act 2017
is committed to the Minister for Human Services.
