Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Adelaide
Park Lands Act) Proclamation 2006
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Adelaide Park Lands Act)
Proclamation 2006.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Administration of Act committed
to Minister for Environment and Conservation
The administration of the Adelaide Park Lands Act 2005 is committed
to the Minister for Environment and Conservation.
