Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Assets, Rights
and Liabilities) Proclamation 2004
under section 7(1)(b) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1 On 24 November 1997 the Holdfast Shores Development Agreement was entered
into between the Minister for Administrative Services and Baulderstone
Hornibrook Pty Ltd ACN 002 625 130, Kinsmen Pty Ltd
ACN 008 220 040 and Woodhead International Pty Ltd
ACN 007 747 748. The Agreement has been altered by subsequent
Variation Agreements.
2 It is intended that the assets, rights and liabilities attributable to
the Agreement (as varied) that are vested in or attached to the Minister for
Administrative Services be transferred to the Minister for
Infrastructure.
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Transfer of Assets, Rights and Liabilities) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Transfer of certain assets,
rights and liabilities
The assets, rights and liabilities attributable to the Holdfast Shores
Development Agreement (as varied) referred to in the preamble that are vested in
or attached to the Minister for Administrative Services (including any land or
other assets, rights or liabilities held by that Minister in connection with the
Agreement (as varied)) are transferred to the Minister for
Infrastructure.
