Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Assets, Rights and Liabilities to Minister for Housing) Proclamation 2010
under section 7 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Assets, Rights and Liabilities to Minister for Housing) Proclamation 2010.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Transfer of certain assets, rights and liabilities
The assets, rights or liabilities of the Treasurer or the Minister for Infrastructure attributable to any contract or other instrument entered into or created in relation to the administration or application of the Local Government and Community Housing Program, Condition of Funding Deed/Agreements executed or entered into between 1 January 1984 and 30 June 1996 (both dates inclusive) are transferred to the Minister for Housing.
