Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Assets, Rights and Liabilities to Minister for Public Sector) Proclamation 2014
under section 7 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Assets, Rights and Liabilities to Minister for Public Sector) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Transfer of certain assets, rights and liabilities to Minister for Public Sector
(1) The assets, rights or liabilities of the Minister for Finance attributable to any contract or other instrument listed in Schedule 1, or attributable to any other contract or other instrument entered into or created for the purpose of supplementing, replacing, amending or novating any of the contracts or other instruments listed in that Schedule, are transferred to the Minister for the Public Sector.
(2) The assets, rights or liabilities of the Treasurer attributable to any contract or other instrument listed in Schedule 2, or attributable to any other contract or other instrument entered into or created for the purpose of supplementing, replacing, amending or novating any of the contracts or other instruments listed in that Schedule, are transferred to the Minister for the Public Sector.
