Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act) Proclamation 2013
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Small Business
The administration of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2009 is committed to the Minister for Small Business.
