Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Births,
Deaths and Marriages Registration Act and Security and Investigation Agents Act)
Proclamation 2004
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act and Security
and Investigation Agents Act) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Administration of Acts committed
to Attorney-General
The administration of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration
Act 1996 and the Security and Investigation Agents Act 1995
is committed to the Attorney-General.
