Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Barley
Exporting Act) Proclamation 2007
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Barley Exporting Act) Proclamation 2007.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Administration of Act committed
to Premier
The administration of the Barley Exporting Act 2007 is
committed to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries.
