Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Criminal
Assets Confiscation Act) Proclamation 2006
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Criminal Assets Confiscation Act)
Proclamation 2006.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

to Attorney-General
The administration of the Criminal Assets Confiscation Act 2005 is
committed to the Attorney-General.
