Proclamation 2006
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Chiropractic and Osteopathy Practice Act)
Proclamation 2006.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Administration of Act committed
to Minister for Health
The administration of the Chiropractic and Osteopathy Practice
Act 2005 is committed to the Minister for Health.
