Proclamation 2007
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Criminal Law (Clamping, Impounding and Forfeiture of
Vehicles) Act) Proclamation 2007.
This proclamation comes into operation on 16 December 2007.
