Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Criminal Law (High Risk Offenders) Act) Proclamation 2015
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Criminal Law (High Risk Offenders) Act) Proclamation 2015.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Attorney-General
The administration of the Criminal Law (High Risk Offenders) Act 2015
is committed to the Attorney-General.
