Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Character Preservation (Barossa Valley) Act) Proclamation 2013
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Character Preservation (Barossa Valley) Act) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Planning
The administration of the Character Preservation (Barossa Valley) Act 2012 is committed to the Minister for Planning.
