Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Carers
Recognition Act) Proclamation 2005
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Carers Recognition Act 2005)
Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

The administration of the Carers Recognition Act 2005 is committed
to the Minister for Families and Communities.
