Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Dental Practice Act) Proclamation 2003

under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Dental Practice Act) Proclamation 2003.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Health

The administration of the Dental Practice Act 2001 is committed to the Minister for Health.
