Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Emergency
Management Act) Proclamation 2004
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Emergency Management Act)
Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

to Premier
The administration of the Emergency Management Act 2004 is
committed to the Premier.
