Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Fisheries
Management Act) Proclamation 2007
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Fisheries Management Act)
Proclamation 2007.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Committal of Act to Minister for
Agriculture, Food and Fisheries
The administration of the Fisheries Management Act 2007 is
committed to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries.
