Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Fair Work
(Commonwealth Powers) Act) Proclamation 2009
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Fair Work (Commonwealth Powers) Act)
Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
