Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Guardianship and Administration Act) Proclamation 2004

under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Guardianship and Administration Act) Proclamation 2004.

2—Commencement

This proclamation will come into operation on 1 July 2004.

3—Administration of Act committed to Attorney-General

The administration of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1993 is committed to the Attorney-General.
