Administrative Arrangements (Administration of
Genetically Modified Crops Management Act) Proclamation

under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Genetically Modified Crops Management Act) Proclamation
2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

The administration of the Genetically Modified Crops Management Act
2004 is committed to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and
Fisheries.
