Proclamation 2004
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Ground Water (Qualco-Sunlands) Control Act 2000)
Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The administration of the Ground Water (Qualco-Sunlands) Control
Act 2000 is committed to the Minister for the River Murray.
