Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Health and
Community Services Complaints Act) Proclamation 2005
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Health and Community Services Complaints Act)
Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

Act 2004 is committed to the Minister for Health.
