Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Hydroponics Industry Control Act) Proclamation 2010
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Hydroponics Industry Control Act) Proclamation 2010.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Police
The administration of the Hydroponics Industry Control Act 2009 is committed to the Minister for Police.
