Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Industry Advocate Act) Proclamation 2019
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Industry Advocate Act) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on 1 April 2019.
3—Administration of Act committed to Treasurer
The administration of the Industry Advocate Act 2017
is committed to the Treasurer.
