Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Infrastructure SA Act) Proclamation 2018
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Infrastructure SA Act) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Premier
The administration of the Infrastructure SA Act 2018
is committed to the Premier.
