Administrative Arrangements (Administration of

Proclamation 2004
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of International Transfer of Prisoners (South Australia) Act)
Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Administration of Act committed
to Minister for Correctional Services
The administration of the International Transfer of Prisoners (South
Australia) Act 1998 is committed to the Minister for Correctional
Services.
