Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Lobbyists Act) Proclamation 2016
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Lobbyists Act) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Attorney-General
The administration of the Lobbyists Act 2015
is committed to the Attorney-General.
