Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Liquor Licensing Act) Proclamation 2015
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Liquor Licensing Act) Proclamation 2015.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Planning
The administration of the Liquor Licensing Act 1997
is committed to the Minister for Planning.
