Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Late Payment of Government Debts (Interest) Act) Proclamation 2014
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Late Payment of Government Debts (Interest) Act) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Finance
The administration of the Late Payment of Government Debts (Interest) Act 2013 is committed to the Minister for Finance.
