Administrative Arrangements (Constitution of Minister as
Body Corporate) Proclamation 2005
under section 7 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Constitution of Minister as Body Corporate)
Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Constitution of new Minister as
body corporate
The Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse is constituted as a body
corporate.
