Administrative Arrangements (Constitution of Minister as
Body Corporate) Proclamation 2007
under section 7 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Constitution of Minister as Body Corporate)
Proclamation 2007.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Constitution of Minister for
Water Security as body corporate
The Minister for Water Security is constituted as a body
corporate.
