Administrative Arrangements (Conferral of Ministerial
Functions and Powers) Proclamation 2006
under section 6 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Conferral of Ministerial Functions and Powers)
Proclamation 2006.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Conferral of ministerial
functions and powers
The ministerial functions and powers of the Minister for State/Local
Government Relations under Part 2 of the City of Adelaide Act 1998
are conferred on the Minister for the City of Adelaide.
