Administrative Arrangements (Conferral of Ministerial
Functions and Powers) (STEDS Program) Proclamation 2003
under the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Conferral of Ministerial Functions and Powers) (STEDS Program) Proclamation
2003.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Conferral of ministerial
functions and powers
The ministerial functions and powers associated with the administration of
the Septic Tank Effluent Disposal Scheme program are conferred on the Minister
for Local Government.
