Administrative Arrangements (Conferral of Ministerial
Functions and Powers) (Natural Resources Management)
Proclamation 2009
under section 6 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Conferral of Ministerial Functions and Powers) (Natural Resources Management)
Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Conferral of ministerial
functions and powers
The ministerial functions and powers of the Minister for Environment and
Conservation in relation to the South Australian Murray-Darling Basin Natural
Resources Management Board under section 126(5) of the Natural Resources
Management Act 2004 are conferred on the Minister for the River
Murray.
