Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Medical
Practice Act) Proclamation 2005
under the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Medical Practice Act) Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

to Minister for Health
The administration of the Medical Practice Act 2004 is
committed to the Minister for Health.
