Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Marine
Parks Act) Proclamation 2008
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Marine Parks Act) Proclamation 2008.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Administration of Act committed
to Minister for Environment and Conservation
The administration of the Marine Parks Act 2007 is committed to
the Minister for Environment and Conservation.
