Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act) Proclamation 2015
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act) Proclamation 2015.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Attorney-General
The administration of the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act 1986
is committed to the Attorney-General.
