Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Problem
Gambling Family Protection Orders Act) Proclamation 2004
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Problem Gambling Family Protection Orders Act) Proclamation
2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

The administration of the Problem Gambling Family Protection Orders
Act 2004 is committed to the Minister for Gambling.
