Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Plant
Health Act) Proclamation 2009
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Plant Health Act) Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

to Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries
The administration of the Plant Health Act 2009 is committed to
the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries.
