Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Pharmacy
Practice Act) Proclamation 2007
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Pharmacy Practice Act) Proclamation 2007.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

to Minister for Health
The administration of the Pharmacy Practice Act 2007 is
committed to the Minister for Health.
