Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Primary
Produce (Food Safety Schemes) Act) Proclamation 2005

This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Primary Produce (Food Safety Schemes) Act)
Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

The administration of the Primary Produce (Food Safety Schemes)
Act 2004 is committed to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and
Fisheries.
