Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Public Sector Act and Public Sector (Honesty and Accountability) Act) Proclamation 2010
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Public Sector Act and Public Sector (Honesty and Accountability) Act) Proclamation 2010.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Acts committed to Premier
The administration of the Public Sector Act 2009 and the Public Sector (Honesty and Accountability) Act 1995 is committed to the Premier.
