Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Rates and Land Tax Remission Act) Proclamation 2009

under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Rates and Land Tax Remission Act) Proclamation 2009.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Families and Communities

The administration of the Rates and Land Tax Remission Act 1986 is committed to the Minister for Families and Communities.
