Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Rail
Commissioner Act) Proclamation 2009
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Rail Commissioner Act) Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

to Minister for Transport
The administration of the Rail Commissioner Act 2009 is
committed to the Minister for Transport.
