Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Return to Work Act) Proclamation 2014
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Return to Work Act) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Industrial Relations
The administration of the Return to Work Act 2014 is committed to the Minister for Industrial Relations.
