Administrative Arrangements (Administration of South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act) Proclamation 2013
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Attorney General
The administration of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 is committed to the Attorney General.
