Administrative Arrangements (Committal of South Australian Motor Sport Act) Proclamation 2013
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Committal of South Australian Motor Sport Act) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Tourism
The administration of the South Australian Motor Sport Act 1984 is committed to the Minister for Tourism.
