Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Single-use and Other Plastic Products (Waste Avoidance) Act) Proclamation 2021
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Single-use and Other Plastic Products (Waste Avoidance) Act) Proclamation 2021.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Environment and Water
The administration of the Single-use and Other Plastic Products (Waste Avoidance) Act 2020
is committed to the Minister for Environment and Water.
