Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Sentencing Act) Proclamation 2018
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Sentencing Act) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Attorney-General
The administration of the Sentencing Act 2017
is committed to the Attorney-General.
